Smith Fine Homes was founded in 2019 by Tyler Smith, a lifelong Vermonter, born and raised in the Northeast Kingdom. At the heart of Tyler’s work is a passion for high-efficiency construction and creating homes that are both sustainable and comfortable.
He is known for his meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that each project is built with precision and care. With exceptional project management, Tyler keeps timelines and budgets on track while delivering an outstanding building experience. His commitment to fine craftsmanship means every home is built to perform beautifully for years to come. In 2022, Tyler’s work as a builder was recognized for the Excellence in Architecture award by AIA of Vermont.
